-- If the lease is not renewed, the tenant MUST honor ALL visit requests for potential new tenants, with at least 24 hours' notice provided.
-- The tenant will be responsible for any fees related to the loss of keys and/or fobs during the lease period and any move-in or move-out fees.
-- The tenant must obtain the landlord's permission before changing wall colors, installing shelves, or adding wall decorations. Any holes made by the tenant must be repaired before returning the unit.
-- The tenant must collaborate with the landlord or the landlord's real estate broker for visits by potential buyers or tenants, as the property is also for sale. The landlord or broker will provide at least 24 hours' notice before visits.
