7. The lessee will return the property to the same level of cleanliness as when rented. All kitchen appliances must be returned in the same condition at the end of the lease, except for everyday wear and tear.
8. The lessor has the right to check the status of the property every three months and should inform the lessee 24 hours in advance.
9. The Lessee shall maintain the lawn regularly.
10.A deposit equivalent to the first month will be due at the signing of the lease, which will be turned into the rental fee for the first month.

Included: Fridge, stove, washer & dryer, dishwasher.

Excluded: Electricity, Internet, tenant insurance, snow removal
