The lessee(s) shall submit a credit check at their expense with a letter of employment and (if
applicable)which shall be verified by the lessor, subject to their entire satisfaction ;shall the
lessor not be completely satisfied the promise to lease shall be null and void.

The lessee(s) must open an account with Hydro-Quebec prior to signing the lease and show proof
thereof to the lessor.

-The tenant will provide a proof of liability insurance of 2M$ valid for the duration of the lease, before the move-in date and at annual renewals.

-The dwelling shall not be used as an Airbnb.

-The lessee(s) do not have the right to keep a one or more animals.

-There shall be no smoking of tobacco or cannabis inside the dwelling or anywhere on the
property; Cannabis may not be grown inside or anywhere on the property.

-There shall be no painting within the dwelling without the lessor's approval; refinishing the
floors is prohibited.
All minor repairs will be the sole responsibility of the Lessee(s).
