Description of the property for sale

***For experienced renovators only***. Condo unit located on the 2nd floor of a duplex requiring a complete renovation. Located at 10 minute walking distance from Verdun Metro and 14 minutes from Lasalle Metro. Invite your designer and carry out a turnkey renovation yourself.

Other information:

-No parking included. The two parking spaces, the front and backyard belong to 3866 (ground floor).

-The owner of the unit at 3866 Verdun (RDC) has exclusive use of the backyard, the front lot and the two parking lots and is 100% responsible for the maintenance of said yard and parking lots and also maintains at his expense the land located in front of the property.

-The owners of each condo unit have the right of access to the basement through the rear door and unit 3868 has a right of way into the rear yard to access it.

-The unit of 3868 Verdun (2nd floor) will have the right to install in the backyard, a shed of similar size to the currently existing one belonging to unit 3866.
