Warm and tastefully decorated, the chalet can accommodate 16 people. The 6.4-meter cathedral ceiling and its immense bay windows will immerse you in the serenity of the nature surrounding your new home. The very large dining room table, well-guarded and surrounded by three eagle owls, can seat 12 people.
The outdoor spa (accessible year-round), the 30-meter gallery with its three interior entrances, the balconies adjoining the bedrooms, the barbecue, the outdoor tables and fireplace surrounded by chairs, are always pleasant. The cottage is located in the small municipality of Labelle, named in honor of the famous priest Antoine Labelle, an emblematic figure in the colonization of the Laurentians. Numerous activities are offered: cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, snowmobiling, dog sledding, fishing, spas, horseback riding, hiking, a public beach, and water sports. You are 30 minutes from Tremblant ski resort, recognized as the highest mountain in eastern North America, as well as its charming pedestrian village and casino.
** The following conditions will apply to all lease promises:
- The tenant must provide references and proof of employment, salary, or solvency, and/or demonstrate their financial ability to pay the full rent.
