The outdoor spa (accessible year-round), the 30-meter gallery with its three interior entrances, the balconies adjoining the bedrooms, the barbecue, the outdoor tables and fireplace surrounded by chairs, are always pleasant. Numerous activities are offered: cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, snowmobiling, dog sledding, fishing, spas, horseback riding, hiking, a public beach, and water sports. You are 30 minutes from Tremblant ski resort, recognized as the highest mountain in eastern North America, as well as its charming pedestrian village and casino.

** The following conditions will apply to all lease promises:
- The tenant must provide references and proof of employment, salary, or solvency, and/or demonstrate their financial ability to pay the full rent.
- The tenant must provide the landlord with proof of $2 million in liability insurance for the entire lease term prior to occupancy.
- The tenant must read, accept, and sign the general lease conditions included in the general annex.
