François Chicoine, real estate broker for multi-units, duplexes and triplexes and also divided and undivided condos.

I’ve been a real estate broker with Sutton since 2000 and I live in Montreal.

I’m active in all areas of the island of Montreal, but more specifically: Plateau-Mont-Royal, Mile End, Outremont, Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie, Little Italy, Villeray, Ville-Marie, South West.

In 1991, I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Communication at UQAM and I worked in video production.

In 1996, I started my own business, Mousse Café, a coffee shop and laundromat on Beaubien Street.

Since 2000, real estate has been my passion

Semi-commercial income properties

I have expertise in residential projects: I’ve worked on a dozen new condo projects in several areas of Montreal: Villeray, Pointe-Saint-Charles, Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie, Mile-Ex, Hochelaga-Maisonneuve (HoMa).

I’m known for my exceptional customer service and negotiation skills. I work with both buyers and sellers.

Over the years, I have developed a solid network of professionals, notably with the Club d’affaires Crémazie.

I am a member of l'Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) and Chambre immobilière du Grand Montréal (CIGM).
