A suburban train station near your house is an added value or not?

A recent JLR study (that you can find HERE in french) looked at the impact of proximity to suburban train stations on the price of nearby properties. We looked at the results of this study through various articles recently published in the press.

It seems that the further you get from the stations, the higher the selling price.
