f) The Tenant will provide proof of a $2,000,0000 minimum civil liability insurance policy up to
five days before the occupancy date and at each lease renewal period.
g) Repairs less than $250 will be the responsibility of the tenant in agreement with the owner;
h) Upon arrival, a complete walkthrough of the property will be done by the Tenant and the Lessor
(or representative). The tenant will also sign an inventory.
i) Any change in the apartment must be previously authorized in writing by the owners;
j) The apartment must be returned in the same condition as on arrival, less normal wear and tear.
Full cleaning of the unit (including appliances, inside of cupboards, drawers, closets etc) will
be carried out at the expense of the tenant, and verification made by the owner or a
representative when the tenant leaves;
k) In the event of departure, the tenant will accept visits with a 24-hour notice within the 3
months preceding his departure; A duplicate of the keys will be given to the listing broker.
Included: Refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
Excluded: Heating, hot water, electricity, lawn care, snow removal, civil liability insurance policy - minimum $ 2 000 000.
