1. The LESSEE will submit to a credit investigation, which must satisfy the LESSOR;
2. The LESSEE will take out civil liability insurance of $2,000,000 throughout
occupancy and provide proof thereof, must be provided before receiving the key.
3. A security deposit equivalent to one month will be given as a down payment. This deposit will be refunded by the LANDLORD to the TENANT at the end of the lease if no damage has been done to the apartment. If during the inspection of the premises, by both parties one month before the end of the term, damage is noted,
the costs will be covered by the deposit and the difference, if any, will be returned to the RENTER
with the repair invoice;
4. No subletting, Air BnB prohibited;
5. The consumption and cultivation of cannabis is prohibited;
6. Non-Smoking;
7. No animals;
8. The LESSEE will be required to pay for non-compliance with municipal regulations or any other
costs caused by the loss of keys
9.The tenant must return the property to its original state at the end of the lease.
