1. Letter of employment 2. Conditional on Score and credit Report and CORPIQ's Verification to the full satisfaction of Landlord. 3. Tenant's consent to check payment habits and provides previous landlord references 4. Proof of civil liability insurance ($2M) for the whole term of the lease. 5. Confirmation Letter of the Hydro-Quebec Account Transferred. 6. Tenant agrees to pay rent via electronic transfers for the entire term or give post -dated cheques for the whole rental term. 7.
