*The tenant must provide the landlord with proof of liability insurance for a minimum of $2 million prior to occupancy.

*The tenant agrees to abide by all building regulations.

*The tenant agrees to pay a $175 cleaning fee at the end of the lease upon signing the lease.

*Security deposit of one (1) month for the furnitures & appliances. It will be refunded at the end of the lease (when the landlord retrieves the keys).
