Vincent Ladouceur graduated with a college diploma in legal techniques and is a member of La Chambre des huissiers de justice du Québec. He worked at the Paquette & Associés firm as a Judicial Officer, Team Leader and Associate for 8 years.
Vincent has been licensed as a certified real estate broker and agency executive officer since 2007. Passionate about real estate, he invested in income-generating real estate.
Determined to become an entrepreneur, he acquired the real estate agency groupe sutton - actuel in 2007, then the agency groupe sutton - action in 2016. For the past 12 years, he has been the manager of more than 160 Sutton real estate brokers on the South Shore of Montreal.
Married and father of two children, he is involved in the cause of the Foundation L’Appart à moi, which fights against poverty and vulnerability of young people with Down’s syndrome 21 or some other form of intellectual disability by offering them the possibility of a transition harmoniously towards independence and increasing autonomy in their own apartment.
Sensitive to the cause of people suffering from spinal cord injuries, he also supports the Foundation Adapte-Toit as a member of the board of directors, and works in the development of accessible and adapted accommodation and access to home support services.
Since 2013, he has owned and managed more than 600 storage spaces in Quebec, and in 2019, he became a shareholder in Groupe Ambissio - property manager.
